Kuori is a Goliath Paladin (Oath of Vengeance). Their character was created using Wizards of the Coast D&D 5th edition resources. Kuori is using a home brew background called “Field Medic”.

Kuori may be the least mysterious figure you meet in Ebris, given their straightforward and pragmatic nature. That doesn’t mean they don’t have an interesting past though: orphaned, exiled, imprisoned, and wanted by cultists… Kuori leads anything but a boring life. They are the kind of friend you can always count on and they are unwavering in their commitment to the Light.

Alli

Kuori is played by Alli. Alli has been playing D&D since 2017. She first became interested in learning to play after watching some of the games that Chris Perkins DMs (fortunately available on YouTube). Her first game was a one-shot run by a friend after months of desperately searching for an opportunity to try out the worlds greatest roleplaying game. It was love at first roll and Alli hasn’t stopped wanting to play since. When she is not playing Bliss and Shadow (or working on this podcast and website) you can find Alli reading, knitting, gardening, or baking.

Jovan (Savvy J) Cooperson is a varient human scholar (using rules from Studio Agate’s Fateforge: Book 1. Adventurers).

Jovan is a casual worshipper of Sol with a somewhat checkered past. He owns two dogs named Peeves and My Liege, and resides in a house gifted to him by the enigmatic letter writer who brought our group of heroes together, under terms Jovan has yet to reveal to the party.

Jovan is played by David, a government employee currently living in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. In his free time, he enjoys reading fantasy and sci-fi, playing tabletop games and RPGs, wargaming, PC gaming, and larp.

David has strong feelings about tapioca, an undeserved reputation for mischief, and a talent for coming up with complicated solutions for simple problems.

Fayleth

Fayleth is a College of Spirts Bard. Her character was created using Wizards of the Coast D&D 5th edition resources. She is a half-elven Bard of Spirits, from the Unearthed Arcana.

Fayleth was raised by the ghost of her mother, and has always had more of an affinity for the dead than for the living. Being basically on her own since she was five years old, Fayleth (while fifteen now) has a skewed and naive view of the world. She doesn't understand a lot of basic concepts (like how cooking food is different than just getting it hot), but is learning a lot of things from her new friend Melion.

Fayleth is played by Sasha, who is not a half-elf and definitely can't speak to ghosts. Or at least that's what she wants you to believe. Sasha has been playing D&D since she was four years old, adventuring through AD&D modules with her father and, later, her younger brother.

Sasha is active in musical theatre and playwriting, and DMs her own campaign as well. She is also a toddler nanny, which she will bring up frequently when it's time for Player Initiative.

Melion Bearbone

Melion is a Barbarian (Primal Path: Ancestral Guardian). His character was created using Wizards of the Coast D&D 5th edition resources.

Melion is the adoptive older brother to Fayleth. He appears to be a bearded half-elf with red hair, clear blue eyes, and a scar which runs from his upper lip, across his cheek, and nicks the tip of his left ear.

Melion is played by Brian. Brian has been playing role playing games since High School, starting with D&D second edition. He loves playing complicated characters who don’t always make good choices, and prides himself on his ability to separate character knowledge from player knowledge.
